Conference room will be provided during your conference from 9Am to 6 Pm.
Other activities
Liquor, if consumed, will be charged extra as per bar rates.
Terms and Conditions
- •The booking is confirmed only on payment of 100% as an advance amount.Balance of payment, if any, to be paid before end of function.
- •Cheque to be drawn in favor of "Airport Motel & Baza Restaurant".
- •The payment would be made according to the minimum number of pax as given by you or as per actual number of
persons, if more.
- •No outside liquor allowed during party in lawns.
- •Meals will be veg and served in buffet at our Baza Restaurant.
- •We don't serve non-veg neither allow from outside as this is a vegetarian complex.
- •In case of rescheduling or cancellation of the group booking the client/company would be liable to make the total
payment of the booking according to the minimum number of pax as given by yourself.
